xc2xa325,000 - xc2xa335,000 + Study SupportButler Rose Public Practice is pleased to be supporting our client, a reputable accounting firm based in the West Midlands, who is currently looking to add an Audit & Account Semi Senior to their audit team. To produce outstanding outcomes, they are looking for a talented and driven individual who can work well with clients and in a team.This role will be approximately 75% audit based and 25% accounts based.Role Requirements -

• Working primarily with owner managed businesses including sole traders, companies and partnerships, ranging from small to large
• Gain a thorough understanding of their business by actively engaging with clients to
• Planning, executing, identifying risk areas and finalising all areas of audit assignments under manager/partner supervision
• Preparing financial statements
• Preparing corporation tax computations for review by tax department
• Assisting junior team members, reviewing their work and ensuring audit objectives are met
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements

Person Requirements -

• Part qualified in ACCA or equivalent
• Well organised , able to keep things in order and plan effectively
• Work well with others to achieve common goals
• Effective communication and able to convey information clearly
• Takes proactive steps and shows a willingness to take on responsibilities
