The Audiologist will be responsible for providing Diagnostic Audiology and rehabilitation services to Consultant ENT surgeons, GP\xe2\x80\x99s, Hospitals, Law Firms and the general public.

The duties will include:

• Checking hearing, including sound level and frequency range.
• Diagnosing and designing a rehabilitation plan involving an assessment for patients who are suitable for cochlear implants or bone anchored hearing aids.
• Fitting hearing aids and making modifications to ear moulds.
• Giving patients information and advice on how to manage their condition.
• Ensuring daily maintenance of test equipment and arranging calibration as and when required.

To be suitable for the Optometrist role you will:

• Hold a BSc degree in healthcare science \xe2\x80\x93 audiology
• Be registered with the HCPC
• Be service oriented \xe2\x80\x93 experienced in \xe2\x80\x98going the extra mile\xe2\x80\x99
• Energetic and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment
