ROLE SUMMARY




Kinly Managed Onsite (MOS) teams provide dedicated support services to many prestigious customers throughout the UK and provide a mix of AV, UC and Event services.


We are seeking an Audio Visual Specialist to join our Managed On-site team providing dedicated AV support services to one of our prestigious clients in the City of London.


The exciting and diverse role will involve supporting clients from internal and external organizations, therefore attitude and attention to detail are crucial. You will need to be able to carry yourself well and provide a high-class service both personally and technically. Working as part of a team you will perform a 40hr week within a rota system for 6 months.


In this role, you will work within the Desktop Operations team, providing audio visual expertise across the business, partnering with senior customers in the organisation. with a primary focus on identifying and resolving any audio visual system 'teething issues' following project completion.

IDEAL CANDIDATE




The candidate will be highly proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have a good understanding of AV technologies, ideally with industry recognized AV qualifications to support these skills.


You will be well presented with a friendly, outgoing personality and an upbeat attitude. A polite manner with good communications skills are crucial.


This role does require flexibility, with varying shift patterns and flexibility needed to amended schedules around a reactive service.


As a strong team player, you'll be hands-on with monitoring all aspects of audio visual and providing proactive support.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible of all the audio-visual based systems in the office, responsible for the smooth daily operational running of service Conduct regular proactive room and equipment checks according to the clients' requirements Liaising with senior members of staff, covering major all company meetings and providing white glove exec support Responsible for knowledge transfer to the Desktop Operations team Perform AV equipment setup/installation and support as required Assist in ensuring "as build" documentation is maintained effectively Manage and report on the metrics to indicate the performance of audio-visual services, maintenance, audits and break fixes Provide quick responses to emergency/ad-hoc requests, adhering to SLA's where relevant Produce a proactive level of support, building service relationships with the Company's Customers Deliver audio visual and meeting room training to the business, face to face training and knowledge guides Demonstrate Self Service AV and VC Capabilities to end users wherever possible Deliver great teamwork and communication throughout the IT team, motivating the team to create a positive work environment Run AV events, including pre-event testing of audio, wireless microphone battery levels etc Assist management of high-profile events and become a trusted advisor

SKILLS PROFILE



Strong business relationship experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills Good experience of Office 365 suite of applications and administration Strong understanding of AV hardware Knowledge of AV solutions from a technical perspective including Crestron (Airmedia & Flex), Dante, Shure, QSYS and GoBright Strong understanding of service desk processes and procedures Proven experience with digital mixing desks, vision mixers and camera controls Knowledge of collaboration clients such as Cisco, Teams, Zoom, Google Excellent organizational and time management skills. The nature of this role involves last minute requests and as such, flexibility is a key attribute Maturity, especially when under pressure and being able to maintain excellence in Customer Service with clients of all seniority levels Ability to work well as part of a small team or independently Willing to undertake security screening (BPSS & SC)
