Au Pair, Monday To Friday, 35 Hours
Job Description
A welcoming family based in St. Albans, Hertfordshire is seeking an Au Pair to provide childcare support to their two school-aged children and a toddler from Monday to Friday for 35 hours. They ideally seek an organised and hardworking candidate who takes the initiative with all general housekeeping duties. A perfect candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare simple meals for the children. They own a lovely dog so someone comfortable around animals would be advantageous. A driver who holds a full driving license is an absolute requirement.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am then 4:00 pm or 6:00 to 8:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am then 1:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, some flexibility is required, for 35 hours per week
Duties include:
- picking the youngest up from nursery
- helping with homework
- doing after school activities with the children
- preparing recreational activities
- messy play with the children
- maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
- doing arts and crafts
- taking to parks and playgrounds
- prepare supper and tidy up after the children
