Horbury Academy are looking to appoint a highly motivated and effective Attendance Officer to work alongside key academy staff to promote and support high levels of attendance, to support students in achieving their full potential.
In order to reduce levels of absence and promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture, the successful applicant will need to work with pupils and families closely. You will be required to demonstrate flexibility, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues, students and parents/carers alike.
This role represents a great opportunity within a friendly, positive and professional academic environment.
The working pattern for the role is Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm.
