The firm advises multinational clients on substantial matters in oil and gas, telecommunications, and renewable energy. It is renowned for expertise in Middle East and Africa projects, handling new financings and restructurings. The team is well-versed in new and emerging technologies.

You will work with globally reputed partners, leading innovative transactions worldwide. Focus areas include oil and gas, natural resources, independent power, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects. Experience in multi-sourced financings with export credit agencies and Islamic institutions is crucial.

The partner leading the practice is a top global project finance lawyer, advising on \'market-first\' deals. With expertise in international projects, energy, infrastructure financing, and debt capital markets, they add value to the Islamic Finance Business Unit and Environmental Practice.

As a Project Finance Associate/Senior Associate, you will work on independent power and water projects, petrochemicals projects, LNG projects, energy and industrial sector financings, mining projects, and global satellite and telecommunications financing.
