Associate/Senior Associate - Corporate Commercial - hybrid working available
Client
An award winning full service national law firm working nationally and internationally
Role
Undertaking a wide range of Corporate and Commercial work, providing advice to universities and charities
You will be involved in cutting-edge and high-profile national and international projects
Opportunity for career growth and development
You
1-6 years PQE
Experience and/or a keen interest in advising education (mainly higher education) and charity clients on high profile and often innovative projects.
Commercial awareness and an enjoyment in working on transactions
Have willingness to take initiative and to participate in marketing activity
