by putting our analytics and technology capabilities in the hands of our clients.



We are looking for a technical expert with strong data skills to help win new business and deliver the best

for our existing partnerships by establishing MiQ's differentiated media, analytics, and tech capabilities. You

will support commercial teams to communicate and execute our emerging collection of analytics offerings,

scope custom analytics projects for key accounts, and work closely with Data Science and Engineering to

build innovative offerings that drive performance as we prepare for the cookieless future.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



As an Associate Solution Engineer at MiQ your time will be spent scoping, pitching and delivering custom

solutions for our clients using proprietary MiQ technology, data science, and data sets. You'll have the

opportunity to develop new proof of concepts for our clients, or to build on our existing solutions to drive

performance gains for our advertisers. You'll work closely with teams across MiQ - product, analytics,

sales, trading and account management - to deliver these impactful solutions which will yield meaningful

outcomes for our clients.



You'll straddle the worlds of technical innovation and commercial challenges, making the Solutions team at

MiQ a unique place to be. Your main responsibilities will include:


Delivering Results: Project Management




Develop and manage custom project plans, critically assessing client needs to capture requirements Design and build repeatable solutions with precision and attention to detail Deliver high-quality outputs on time, to budget, and to scope - whether dashboards, technical deliverables, or client-facing insights Manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities effectively, working across multiple time zones and stakeholder locations. Maintain documentation - both technical and client friendly - on your delivered solutions

Planning & Decision Making: Strategic Planning




Work cross-functionally to align client needs with MiQ's products and capabilities Translate complex problems into actionable solutions, in partnership with solutions and our Centre of Excellence in Bangalore Contribute to roadmap discussions, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance a client's performance, or help grow their investment with MiQ Give and receive feedback on product innovation and client fit, supporting the adoption of new MiQ products and capabilities.

Leading & Guiding: Internal Communication




Be approachable, providing internal guidance and a collaborative attitude to solve challenges with technical and commercial teams Support solution ideation and implementation for key clients and agency partners Help shape and evolve our analytics solutions, taking feedback and contributing to discussions Communicating & Presence: Client Engagement Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - able to make the complicated seem simple. Present outputs in a compelling, clear, and client-friendly manner Support client conversations with data-backed insights and storytelling Build trust with stakeholders through consistent engagement and delivery excellence

Analytical thinking: Demonstrate analytical thinking by looking to answer the why and how from available data Stay immersed in the ever-evolving programmatic and ad tech space Apply curiosity to uncover client needs and translate them into innovative solutions Build proof of concepts to test and scale new ideas Actively contribute to the design and development of forward-looking analytics offerings

Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking




Assess the market and research technological advances to keep MiQ at the forefront of ad-tech

ROLE REQUIREMENTS




1-2 years of experience in programmatic media, digital marketing, or analytics Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud computing platforms Experience in data analysis, data design, and communicating technical insights Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent written and verbal communication
