As a recruitment consultant, it will be your responsibility to attract and retain new clients and candidates for the business, in your allocated sector in order to build and develop your own desk.
Upon starting your role at MBI you will be part of a 2-week thorough onboarding process whereby you will be trained to become an industry-leading recruitment partner. We will educate and mentor you to develop new lasting relationships with key players in your market.
You will receive support from our dedicated L&D team who will guide you through onboarding, training, and your personal development.
