Our customers include leading organisations across sectors from manufacturing to hospitality and retail to logistics. We also support the delivery of public sector services with a particular focus on health, social housing and education.

In this role you will lead with implementation of R&R opportunities across all utilities with suppliers and support with customer implementation of R&R opportunities to maximise revenue generated within the Revenue Recovery team.

Main Duties:

• Support the R&R analysts with all customer interaction
• Lead managing customer communication post customer acceptance of all opportunities
• Lead implementation of electricity and gas saving opportunities with suppliers
• Manage R&R billing record activity
• Prepare backing analysis to issue with all R&R invoices being sent out to customers.

• Intermediate user of Excel and other Microsoft packages.
