Job Description

We are newly recruiting for an Associate to join our Real Estate team in Belfast. This role would best suit a qualified lawyer between 1-3 years PQE. We offer fully flexible working and will consider Northern Ireland, England & Wales or dual-qualified lawyers for this position.

Your Role

Day to day in the role of Associate, you can expect to be involved with:

• A broad and varied range of real estate work, with ownership of your own caseload
• Collaborating closely with the surrounding team and Partners
• Business development, aiding long term growth and development of the team
• Working in tandem with our wider Real Estate Group across our other office locations

Your Skills and Experience

• You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) in either Northern Ireland or England & Wales or dual-qualified in both jurisdictions
• A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus
• Understand your client\xe2\x80\x99s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
• Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative culture.
