Job Description
One of Essex\'s top Quantity Surveying practices is seeking a Chartered, Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their highly talented team in Billericay.
The Associate Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have a leading role. This will include running build sector projects from inception to completion such as Education, Healthcare, Residential and more.
The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also mentor and manage talented Intermediate Quantity Surveyors who are on a pathway to achieving MRICS. After a period of bedding in, you shall have the opportunity to build a QS team around yourself.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS essential
- Quantity Surveying degree
- A successful track record of delivering projects independently
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- Comfortable working in a close knit environment
