The University of Liverpool wishes to appoint an Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) for the Faculty of Science & Engineering. Science & Engineering is one of three Faculties within the University of Liverpool, one of the UK\'s largest concentrations of research expertise with outputs that place us in the top 1% of Higher Education Research Institutions worldwide.
The Faculty of Science & Engineering consists of the School of Physical Sciences, School of Engineering, the School of Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Computer Science and the School of Environmental Sciences.
Our specialist departments focus on research and teaching excellence in a broad variety of subject areas, while pursuing innovative, interdisciplinary collaborations with colleagues across the University, city and world. We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to work alongside the Executive Pro-Vice-Chancellor (S&E), Professor Wiebe van der Hoek, plus the Deans of Schools in each area, as the champion within the Faculty of all aspects of learning, teaching and the student experience.
As a member of the Faculty Senior Leadership Team, you will have responsibility for the implementation of University and Faculty education and student experience strategies and initiatives to ensure the highest possible quality of learning and teaching for all students.
