Who We Are





Wayfair's UK & Ireland Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Associate, Production and Media Planning

to support the end-to-end execution of media campaigns across channels like TV, VoD, OOH, Audio, Cinema and more.



Reporting into the

Production Manager

and working closely with the

Head of Media and Marketing Operations

, this role plays a key part in

campaign delivery and production coordination

, ensuring that all assets are delivered on time, on budget, on scope, and in line with Wayfair's brand and channel requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in media production and campaign operations within a high-growth marketing team.

What You'll Do

Creative & Media Operations




Coordinate the

production and delivery of paid media assets

for the UK and Ireland, ensuring timely launches across TV, VoD, OOH, Audio, Cinema and more Support the

Senior Producer

with production schedules, timelines, and delivery trackers Manage day-to-day

communications with creative teams and marketing channels

, ensuring alignment on asset specs, formats, deadlines, and approvals Liaise with

media agency and platform partners

on file specs, delivery timelines, and testing requirements Assist with

file QA and trafficking

, ensuring that all final assets meet platform and brand standards Help maintain organized production workflows, including

asset tracking, naming conventions, versioning

, and archiving Support on

PO and invoice processing

related to production spend and vendor costs Assist in documenting

campaign learnings

, asset performance insights, and production post-mortems

What You'll Need


--------------------


First experience in creative production, campaign delivery, or media coordination -- agency or in-house experience welcome


Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Familiarity with production timelines, media specifications, and cross-functional campaign workflows

Hands-on experience with project management/timeline tools

Effective communication skills with comfort liaising across internal and external teams

Proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments
Fluency in English; knowledge of UK/Ireland media landscape is a plus
