Having placed the Regional Chief Auditor of this Global Investment Bank, I have been asked to help further with subsequent hiring. Internal Audit has now been realigned so that the audit teams better match the business lines, and a new senior leadership team has been established.

The audit plan requires additional headcount for a Capital Markets Business Auditor either at an AVP or junior VP level. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone already with Capital Markets/Investment Banking internal audit experience to move up to a junior VP level or alternatively someone with some markets internal audit experience looking for a fresh challenge and to learn and develop at the AVP level.

The position would cover all the bank\'s capital markets/investment banking business lines, giving broad exposure but also the potential to build subject matter expertise. The bank has a particular reputation for \'Green/Sustainable financing\' and indeed the bank\'s London site has won plaudits for having a class leading low carbon footprint.

The team is incredibly supportive and nurturing and looks to hire for the long term, creating opportunities within wherever possible. Mentoring people to help support them be the best version of themselves is considered essential for the development and stability of the team. The work life balance is very good, especially for an investment bank and there is a requirement to spend only two days in the office although you can spend more if you wish.
