Our team of skilled national insolvency and restructuring lawyers has a broad range of experience across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring, with particular emphasis on supporting insolvency practitioners, banks and asset based lenders. We provide advice to company directors and businesses operating with financial difficulties, providing bespoke and innovative solutions. We recognise that in insolvency scenarios our clients will need urgent practical advice, which is why we pride ourselves on our fast response times, offering constructive, commercial and clear advice in a straightforward manner, to provide clients with solutions tailored to their objectives.
As well as specialising in non-contentious insolvency issues, we can also deal with insolvency litigation, acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in recovering funds through the use of corporate and insolvency legislation.
Our excellent national team continues to be synonymous with high profile insolvency matters and is regarded as one of the leading teams in the mid-market.
The role
Due to growth we are now looking for an experienced Associate to join the team in London, with a focus on the contentious cases that we have. Acting for household name clients, this role will involve working on large scale litigation cases, working closely with the Partners and Legal Directors in the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience on litigious insolvency related issues (such as misfeasance claims and antecedent transactions).
Equal opportunities
Our approach to our people is underpinned by our approach to diversity, inclusion and well being. Our ambition is to build a diverse and ambitious workforce that reflects all backgrounds and talents, and a workplace that is supportive and inclusive, recognises and nurtures talent, and has a strong sense of community between colleagues.
