Salary: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa360,000I am seeking a qualified lawyer with a solid understanding of health and social care sector issues to join a team. As part of the Health Business Group, you\'ll collaborate with industry leaders, supporting the Head of Health in delivering exceptional legal services to clients in the health and social care sector.The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a proactive and flexible approach, possessing excellent communication and client service skills. Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities are also essential qualities they are looking for in this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to NHS and private organisations in the health and social care sector.
- Handle a diverse range of healthcare and mental health advisory matters, including representation at Inquests and Court of Protection cases.
- Advise on general healthcare law issues, mental health law, public law matters, and provide client training.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of new products and work streams.What They Offer:
