Each day, you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: #Onsite with travel to customer sites and our ABB Leeds office. This role is contributing to the Emergency Lighting Business within the Smart Buildings division of ABBxe2x80x99s Electrification business primarily in the UK and Ireland and occasionally abroad. Main stakeholders are external customers, local Sales Organisation (LSO) and the manufacturing units. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2Performing commissioning, replacement and preventive and corrective maintenance of (intelligent) emergency lighting products/systems and Central Battery systems. xe2x80xa2Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify technical issues and opportunities to improve the customerxe2x80x99s operations and eliminate pain points. xe2x80xa2Prepares all material, parts and equipment are available are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. Follows up all administrative reports and makes sure all are properly signed in a timely manner. xe2x80xa2Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as quality standards. xe2x80xa2Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. You will join a small and motivated EML Service team and will work close together with the Support teams from the Manufacturing Unit and the Local Sales Reps., where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role
