Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Agent to join THE VC BRAND.
This person will be running his or her OWN BUSINESS under the VC Brand.
We are looking for an agent who has experience in Estate Agency, ideally with a minimum of 1-2 years with sales experience. Induction and ongoing training given.
Duties
To grow their business under the VC BRAND in the territory/ area.
Communicate effectively with clients and the general public to grow their business though various marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all files are organised and up to date.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience and networking skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using office software.
Experience preferred in valuations and gaining instructions - training given.

Pay: 65,000.00-95,000.00 per year
