Associate - Commercial Property (Enfranchisement)



Nockolds Solicitors are a leading Legal 500 and Chambers Law Firm with offices in Bishop's Stortford, London, and Spain. We are in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For and have been accredited with Investors in People Gold since 2012.



Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit an Enfranchisement Associate with a strong technical background and general commercial awareness.

The Ideal Candidate

:


A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with between 1 - 4 pqe in enfranchisement, ideally with some residential property experience.



Strong technical knowledge and understanding of enfranchisement processes and legislation.



Proven experience in managing enfranchisement cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents and liaising with clients and legal and property professionals.



Organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach giving clients the best advice with a commercial focus



Always striving to deliver excellent client care service



Professional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business introducers



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills with a working knowledge of document and case management systems. You will also have excellent client care skills, the ability to work constructively under pressure and to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team which may from time to time include contributing to the delivery of seminars and writing blogs and articles.
