The Role and Responsibilties
The Employment and Pensions Division are looking for an Associate to be based in our London office.
The role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, EDI, whistleblowing, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
Skills and Experience
The candidate should have experience of employment litigation, good client handling skills and be able to work well with other team members.
