Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Director of Reporting Solutions, EMEA, the Associate Director of Reporting solutions will be working at the cutting edge of data visualisation, developing new forms of consuming insights for clients. Within this role you will work closely across some of the most advanced data-driven companies in the region to develop custom reports and dashboards as well as working on the enhancement of our baseline dashboarding product BOLT. This role is hands-on but you will also manage reporting analysts onshore and offshore to support development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and delivery of intuitive and visually appealing dashboards to provide key insights based on captured requirements
  • Be a technical point of contact for end users, providing regular updates and ensuring training and documentation is updated
  • Maintain task backlogs and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels with clients satisfied
  • Maintain strong relationships with technical teams, including AdOps and Reporting, as well as other agency teams to ensure services are aligned
  • Support ongoing product development, identifying market needs and innovative ideas to add to the backlog
  • Develop and automate ETL processes and scripts to ensure custom data sources are properly connected to core datasets and data QA workflows are run effectively
Desired Skills & Experience
  • You can clearly communicate with and build relationships with clients, business owners, leadership and support teams.
  • You are an experienced project manager, working with stakeholders to collect requirements, then translating these into plans and managing the whole process.
  • You are highly experienced in using Tableau Desktop and Cloud.
  • You are familiar with ETL processes. Previous use of Alteryx an advantage.
  • You have a strong understanding of the AdTech / Martech data landscape and the common tools used to manage marketing intelligence
