One of our longstanding clients is actively seeking an Associate Director to join their Corporate Occupier team. Working with some of the best Project professionals in London, this team are arguably best in class when it comes to delivering Cat A and B Fit Out schemes.

As an Associate Director you will be expected to be confident in delivering large scale fit out projects whilst managing and mentoring junior staff. This team are not just about the experience but also about personality and fit, promoting a really good team culture, hard work ethic and also enjoying the work that you do.

The top tier of leadership in this business are approachable, and entrepreneurial and will provide guidance and support for candidates to progress into senior leadership roles.

Candidates need to be client facing, have a good understanding of JCT contracts, are comfortable with contract administration and have a proven track record delivering \xe2\x80\x9cbest in class\xe2\x80\x9d fit out projects.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but as a guideline will likely be up to \xc2\xa385,000 plus a very good benefits package and bonus.
