Job Description

A global multidisciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a new Associate Director of Project Management to join their growing team in order to assist with residential and commercial new build schemes for developers. This particular role would be situated in the firms West End office.

As a result of a fantastic pipeline and strong client base, the company are currently undergoing a period of growth. The bulk of this particular teams work is regarding new build projects varying in size and value, giving a great oversight into differing types of developments.

As an Associate Director, you would be expected to help lead certain projects and be an integral part of the team whilst working on larger projects, reporting into the Director/Partner responsible for delivering these market leading projects. 7+ years working within a project management capacity within the built environment is necessary, whilst a suitable degree is also preferred.

On offer is a basic salary of up to \xc2\xa385,000 (dependent on experience) plus an extensive benefits package, including bonus scheme.
