This role is within BIMM University and is a hybrid position with monthly requirements in Brighton and/or London campuses. You may also be required to travel to other BIMM University campuses for occasional workshops.

About the Role

The post holder will support the Director of Strategy and Projects to lead and shape the university\'s Strategic Projects Office (SPO). They will manage a team of project specialists to set the direction for the approach to portfolio and project management continuous improvement across BIMM.

We have recently developed the Strategic Projects Office (SPO), a Portfolio, Programme and Project Office (P3O) within the university\'s structure. The SPO plays a vital role in developing and managing changes to how the university operates its business, our people and our ways of working.

The postholder will be responsible for reviewing and relaunching the strategic portfolio and the creation and delivery of a P3O Centre of Excellence. This will include responsibility for the design and introduction of robust and effective frameworks, training and toolkits along with further development and embedding of the support offer of the SPO.
