With the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium sized complex commissions and supporting major complex new build schemes in London, this is a defined opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market leading Health Division.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small to medium sized complex commissions and support major complex new build schemes in London.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified at post-graduate level (must be an internationally recognized project management qualification).
• Degree qualified with cognate degree preferable.
• Experience in Health projects.
• Strong contract administration skills.
• Commercially astute.
• Experience of NEC contracts.
