About the role and about you
Our client is a market leading Building Consultancy with an excellent reputation who are working with some of the most globally active real estate clients. They have a wealth of experience inhouse and a refreshing culture that you might not expect from a large corporate.
Their Development Monitoring team provide independent advice on technical and construction matters, to make sure that their clients understand the associated risks and opportunities relating to developments to help them make fully-informed decisions. Client types include institutional investors, banks, tenants and anyone else lending money for property development or off-plan purchases. Average value of development is \xc2\xa3250m-\xc2\xa3400m with \xc2\xa31b being at the top end of the values. You will be reviewing specifications, budget costs and timeframes, drafting Development Agreements with lawyers: assessing risks associated with the development, site inspections, reviewing legal documentation, and keeping the clients informed throughout the process.
