ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full /part time associate to join us in our independent, non-corporate ,mixed NHS /Private recently refurbished practice situated in the beautiful village of Symonds Yat, Ross-on-Wye, between Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth ,30 seconds from the A449.

We are a busy mixed NHS and Private family practice with a full list available with UDAs at 16 (no targets) and great private potential at 60% remuneration .Full time equivalent of 200K /annum.

Each of our seven surgery rooms are fitted with new Belmont Voyager 3 chairs with digital x-ray support and fully computerized using SOE/Exact. We are supported by 3 part time experienced Hygienists and a long-standing team of associates, 2/3 receptionists , 8 fully qualified and 3 trainee apprentice DCPs, some radiographically trained all of whom would be very willing to chat to potential associates considering the position. Our associates have total freedom to choose laboratories and materials.

Current range of treatments offered include Implants, Crown and Bridge ,Oral Surgery and Invisilign with support of mentoring offered with our Principal Dentist , referral for endodontics to one of our associates should you wish, along with general dental services .We are obviously open to any other skills an associate might want to bring that we currently don't offer.

We would be able to accommodate an immediate start if required.

We are offering a new associate a bonus scheme of 10K for a three-year commitment and 15K for a five- year commitment

The practice has onsite parking for staff and patients and a separate private staff recreation area which includes dining area, fully fitted kitchen, separate changing area with shower room.
