Kenilworth Dental Practice is an Award Winning practice with a great local reputation, experienced and supportive Associates and Principal, with an open door policy and long standing Nurses who are fun to work with. We have a lovely patient base who've had a consistently good Private treatment uptake over the years and we really do support Associates who want to implement new skills learnt, come and chat with our current Team and have a look around.

Our Practice:

1000 UDAs on 1 day a week OR 2000 UDAs on 2 days a week.

Great uptake of private treatments - understand some are sceptical - we can provide current and historical figures and an opportunity to chat with our current Team. Our Cerec machine enables same day private crowns which is an incentive for patients and no lab fee involved

We have a dedicated Management structure to address and resolve issues in a sensitive but pro-active way, to ensure our clinicians have a smooth and efficient working day in surgery. Come and have a look around!

We have regular Meetings to celebrate our Teams' successes, discuss any new ideas and any challenges arising. We are open to new ideas and new ways of working and acknowledge that there is always an opportunity to learn and grow!

Practice funds towards postgraduate education - This is a great place to progress your career in a caring, supportive Practice

Treatment Co-ordinator support for more complex cases - Our TCO has been helping our patients and associates for almost 15 years and she is a great trainer too! We carry out most treatments on site, including implants, Invisalign and more complex restorative work.

Mentoring and treatment planning support from the Principal and general Practice support we have an ex-teacher within our team :)

We strongly believe in the importance of oral hygiene as it then allows our Associates to focus on other things. We have a team of Hygienists working the equivalent of full time and regular meetings.

You will be whisked away every Christmas to an amazing experience - We have dined in the Shard, Competed in Crystal Maze, dined in a National Trust House and been serenaded to name but a few!!!!!
