Job Summary

Fully Private associate dentist role, immediate start, full or part time position available, can be flexible on days.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Interpret medical imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental therapists, assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in CPD.

Experience

A recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent) is essential. GDC registration essential. Previous experience in a private clinical setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. A commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional manner.

Pay: 100,649.00-150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
