Associate Dentist / Brixham / Part Time

TDR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Brixham to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their practice.

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our highly respected Practice in Brixham, Devon. Required start date straight away, however happy to wait for notice period to be completed. This position is offering 4 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 0800-1800. Advance performance bonus up to 8k. Up to 5000 UDA target. 14.00 per UDA. 50% for all private work. This practice is well established situated on the main road into Brixham with patient parking and off-road parking easily found nearby. The Practice is a 10-minute walk from the harbour, which is working harbour, but one of the prettiest with a replica of the Golden Hind Ship docked in the harbour to view. The Practice currently has 5 dentists and 3 hygienists working various times to suit all patients. They work out of 6 surgeries and one Hygiene surgery. Downstairs surgeries are available, and an accessible patient toilet is by the entrance. We offer Private care, Denplan and DPAS plans and a new exciting preventative Smile Plan. NHS patients are also accommodated. The Practice demographic is largely over 50 years, but the Practice is attracting younger patients privately. Implants with Tim Bryant who visits once a month are offered.
Many members of staff have been with the Practice for 10 years or more and know the Practice and patients very well. This gives the patients continuity. A large number of patients have also been with the practice for over 20 years so there is a lot of loyalty on the patients part.

The Practice is fully digital with an OPG and Dentally Practice Management system.
