Our Client

Rutherford are partnered with a global Private Equity firm headquartered in Greenwich with offices also in London. Founded almost 20 years ago, the firm invests in mid-market infrastructure investments and has deployed over $12bn across an array of transportation, digital and utility-related investments.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating the day-to-day aspects of the firm\'s compliance program, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer (London based) and Internal Counsel, whilst reporting in the CFO

Liaising with external tax advisors and assist the CFO. Up to 30% of time would be spent on tax related matters.

Initial title would be Associate Compliance Manager. There would be a path to more senior positions over time depending on performance.

Working hours are 9-5pm with a respected value for a healthy work/life balance. The office operates on a hybrid basis with at least 3 days a week working from the office

Your Profile

The ideal candidate would have a background in US tax accounting

You should have an interest in compliance but do not necessarily need to have a compliance

They should be a very organized person with good attention to detail
