Job Description

An Associate- level Commercial Property Manager is required to join a highly established, financially secure private property investment company. The associate commercial property manager will lead a team of 20 people and be based in the London office Monday - Friday.

The Associate Commercial Property Manager\'s role

The Associate Commercial Property Manager is will be reporting the Head of Property Management and leading a team of 20 who include: Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Service Charge Accountants, Energy Managers, Health and Safety and Admin staff.

The Associate Commercial Property Manger will oversee a property portfolio of multiuse buildings including offices, restaurants, shops and leasehold tenant properties.

The total portfolio of properties is around 900- 950 properties and 5,000 tenants.

Responsibilities of the Associate Commercial Property Manager:

• Provide guidance to team day-to-day
• Preparation of service charge matters on large mixed-use portfolios
• Final sign off on annual service charge budgets, reconciliations, vacations and sales
• Overseeing and managing Health and Safety compliances
• Managing own portfolio
• Providing guidance to energy management, utilities recharging and usage reporting
• Monthly team meetings to discuss team performance and workload
• Regular property visits to check standards
• Liaising with commercial lettings team to ensure vacant units are in lettable condition
• Liaising with residential management team
• Cover for the Head of Commercial Property when on leave.

As the Associate Commercial Property Manager you will have\xe2\x80\xa6

• 10 years experience within a senior property management position
• Thorough understanding of commercial occupational lease
• Commercially minded
• Experience using Horizon Property Management system desirable
• Meridian Health and Safety database also desirable
• Highly organised
• Pro-active
• Excellent communication skills
