We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Representative to join our Settlements Control team. This role is located in The Royal Liver Building Liverpool - HYBRID.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a medium sized team.
• Directs, motivates, and develops support staff, maximising their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
• Manages the team\xe2\x80\x99s support of comprehensive, risk-based reviews of existing and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Reviews reporting produced by the team and appropriately handles and escalates where appropriate.
• Contributes to the assessment and validation of control processes to ensure compliance with laws rules and regulations.

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experienced Team Leader required.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry required.
• Trade Settlement experience preferred.
