Job Description

One of the largest commercial property management and building consultancy firms in the UK, with just over 700 members of staff nationwide, are now looking to bring on an Associate Building Surveyor to join them, in their small Milton Keynes office.

The Associate Building Surveyor\'s role

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you\'ll be working on a range of schemes, comprising of 60% project and 40% professional services across the commercial, retail, and industrial sector. Other sectors of work would include care homes and new build residential for student accommodation.

The new Associate Building Surveyor will become an integral part of the team and will be joining a social, young, and dynamic consultancy. This role will be perfectly suited to a Building Surveyor with the key sector experience, who perhaps will benefit to being out of the city and closer to home and that wants to join a small and close-knit team.

The successful Associate Building Survyeor will have

• MRICS or equivalent experience
• Varied professional and project experience
• Strong communication and business development skills
• A true team player
• Cohesive knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Be commercially minded, forward-thinking, with an ability to build and develop key client\'s relationships
• Have a positive and encouraging attitude
• Clean full UK driving license
