Sectors include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, healthcare, and commercial.The Role of the Building Surveyor:As an Associate Building Surveyor, youll lead the delivery of high-quality building surveying services, with a focus on project work. Youll oversee key client relationships, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and manage a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as:Youll also play a critical role in mentoring junior surveyors, managing team growth, and contributing to business development.What Were Looking For:To excel in this role, youll need:

• MRICS accreditation
• Proven consultancy experience (public sector project experience preferred)
• Strong technical building surveying knowledge and project delivery expertise
• A commercially minded approach with a passion for winning work and developing client relationships
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and team management
