What is the opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity to support the development of our Customer proposition and portfolio management for our Bank Of Ireland Personal Savings customers in the UK, including Northern Ireland. You will be working closely with our Bank Of Ireland UK NI Distribution, Marketing and Digital teams to optimise marketing and distribution.

In this role you will:

• Provide timely and accurate application, sales and maturity forecasts and hedging forecasts
• Support product lifecycle, portfolio management and performance including delivery of price and product changes
• Provide savings product leadership or SME inputs on change and improvement programmes
• Continuous development of our customer offering via segmenting-targeting-positioning to ensure we remain competitive and meet customer needs and expectations
• End to end product journey, customer engagement and experience, working closely with enabling functions including digital, Operations, Distribution, Risk and Marketing

Essential Qualifications

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.

What will make you stand out?

You are an experienced UK financial services professional having supported and developed customer led product and propositions and pricing strategies.

Having successful prior management of product portfolios, preferably with knowledge of deposit products.

Industry knowledge, external perspective and ability to analyse trends and data is a stong bonus!

UK Personal Savings business is part of Savings & Lending business unit and has full P&L, customer experience, risk and regulatory responsibilities for all Consumer Savings products sold under Post Office, AA and Bank of Ireland UK brands.
