Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working closely with a well established Architectural practice based in Northampton, seeking to recruit an Associate Architect to their growing team.

THE PRACTICE:

As one of the longest standing and most successful practices in the Northampton area, the practice pride themselves on their well established client portfolio, featuring in both public and private sectors. With a team of close to 30 Architectural professionals that includes talented and passionate Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants, the practice offers a personal approach throughout the whole construction process.

Projects vary from small to large scale with values ranging from \xc2\xa3100k-\xc2\xa3100m, but their enthusiasm for design and detail is consistent regardless of project size. Sectors vary and include; Logistics, Education, Industrial, Office/Workplace, Mixed Use, Residential and more.

The practice are in a strong position following recent project wins and have a solid pipeline of work, and with big plans for further expansion, they are now looking to appoint an Associate Architect to facilitate this growth.

THE ROLE - ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT:

The role on offer is for an Associate Architect with at least 10 years of post qualification experience. The Architect for this position will be a fully qualified Architect with UK recognised qualifications, with experience of working on large scale commercial and industrial projects preferably.

The position as an Associate Architect will see you leading teams, running projects, and being an integral figure in the office. You will be a key asset to the company and will be representing the company in client facing situations on a regular basis. There may be opportunity for business development if you were interested in pursuing that angle.

As mentioned the practice has big plans for growth, as an Associate Architect in this environment you will be heavily involved in further recruitment in the business, leading and developing a team of your own, and mentoring more junior level staff within the office.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

\xc2\xb7Fully qualified Architect with UK recognised qualifications
\xc2\xb7Approximately 10+ years of post qualification experience.
\xc2\xb7ARB registration / RIBA accredited (desirable)
\xc2\xb7Comfortable leading projects and working autonomously.
\xc2\xb7Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Revit software (essential)
\xc2\xb7Experience of working on large scale projects, ideally within the Commercial sector

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package dependant on experience, likely to be in the region of \xc2\xa350,000-\xc2\xa360,000 per annum + potential for car allowance.
