On a Center Parcs break we want our guests to relax knowing everything is taken care of. Our Retail department provides a fantastic shopping experience, from everyday groceries to sweet treats to toys, gifts and clothing.
Across each village there are a number of retail units, including our very own supermarket called Parcmarket and Sweet shop called Treats, as well as a children\'s toy store, a gift shop and our swimwear and accessories shop and these are all complemented by our clothing store.
Whether you visit our on-Village supermarket packed full of your favourite brands or our dedicated sweet shop for a little holiday indulgence, one thing\'s for sure: our retail teams deliver a memorable experience and excellent service wherever you go.
ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER | Circa \xc2\xa330,900 per annum
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Retail Services Manager with leadership, drive and a commitment to deliver service excellence.
In conjunction with the Retail Services Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Village Retail operation overseeing on-site vending, pre-arrival orders, and warehouse and delivery service. Other responsibilities include management of the retail team to deliver budgeted financial targets, service targets and operational standards. You will also ensure compliance to department operational procedures, company policies, and relevant legislation.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
