Job Description

Duties



- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness

- Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to quality standards and food safety regulations

- Manage and train a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers

- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Experience



- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry

- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and safety standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks

- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
