The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and hospitality, with proven leadership skills to supervise staff effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and training. Ensure food preparation meets quality standards and adheres to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient food production processes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Support the development of menus and culinary offerings to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment. Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Skills

Strong background in food production and culinary practices. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proven ability to supervise and lead a diverse team effectively. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
