Responsibilities include:



To provide full commercial support to the business including soft FM (such as cost management and billing). Reviewing subcontractor valuations. Valuing/measuring works. Data analysis. General contract administration. Managing variations and quotations. Supporting cost analysis & budget monitoring. Working with Supervisors, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors & subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered in budget. Maintain accurate records and provide regular financial reports. Line management responsibilities for the commercial administrator.

What We're Looking For:



Prior experience gained within a repairs and maintenance environment (for a contractor, client or both) is essential. Experience of working in Soft FM would be preferred. IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Knowledge of MRI advantageous but not essential Strong numerical and analytical skills. Customer focussed with the ability to use initiative to solve routine issues. A collaborative approach, pro-active approach with the confidence and ability to communicate with key clients and customers. High attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience or internships in a similar role are a plus!

Working arrangements



Full-time, permanent Office based, with some flexibility available (a minimum of 3 days in office) Salary 35,000 per annum
