You\'re encouraged to have a growth mindset and are given the space to develop personally and professionally, building a flexible career that works for you.What you will be doingSupport the Project/Senior Cost Consultant with all aspects of the project life cycle.Responsible for supporting & learning about all pre, and post contract commercial activities.Ensure that you support Commercial teams to deliver value for money and that fair and effective Commercial Management processes are implemented and maintained throughout the entire projectLiaise with & support the Procurement teams on the relevant procurement activities required for delivery in accordance with Procurement timelinesSupport the undertaking of regular commercial reviews of both internal costs and external supplier costs and implement appropriate measures to manage any issues and mitigate risksWhat they are looking forDegree in quantity surveying / commercial management accredited by the RICSDemonstration of self-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressureSome knowledge of the different types of contractsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrate an ability to learn and developPlease get in touch for more information.Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
