A diverse, Chartered Surveying Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to add a talented, ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their thriving team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to carry out a multi-functional role, from traditional Quantity Surveying / Cost Management to Project Management and Employer\'s Agent.
Project wise, the new Assistant Quantity surveyor will carry out pre and post contract services across the Residential, Regeneration & Mixed Use, Commercial, Care and Health sectors.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Construction related, RICS accredited degree qualification
- 6+ months quantity surveying consultancy experience
- Committed to completing APC
- Hard working, team player
- Eager for greater responsibility
- \xc2\xa325,000 - \xc2\xa335,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
