ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a Bespoke Joinery Contractor providing the highest quality design and installation of specialist joinery for exclusive residential projects, luxury hospitality venues, international brand retailers and corporate head offices. Based in Stanstead Abbotts and with over 50 years\' experience they\'ve established themselves within the Super Prime residential market and they pride themselves on their quality of work. They have a turnover of \xc2\xa35,000,000 and regularly work with main contractors such as Waterlily and Size Group.

ABOUT THE ROLE

My client is looking for a strong and reliable Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is interested in and has experience working on Super Prime projects. Having experience working with Bespoke Joinery & Carpentry is required and a good understanding of the industry will be an advantage. Performing risk and value management and cost control. Advising on procurement strategy and identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate is expected to have experience within the Super Prime Residential sector and have a proven background within estimating. You will need to be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite whilst being experienced enough to work autonomously. Having a diverse background will be an advantage to give a greater understanding of the full process of what this role entails.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Our client offers the ability to work completely remote with only having to report into the head of contracts on a regular basis. The offering salary is within \xc2\xa335,000 and \xc2\xa350,000 depending on experience.
