We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations within the kitchen, bar and dining areas.
Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, including cooks and food production teams.
Help develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a culinary or hospitality environment is essential
Strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to lead by example, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
