Our client is looking for a Assistant Production Manager to join their busy team!
Assistant Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Team leaders and Production staff
- Review and report production performance
- Work to production quality and standards
- Manage workload of production teams
- Achieve production targets
- Ensure production paperwork is issued and correctly completed
- Maintain stock using systems such as Kanban and other bespoke software systems
- Monitoring attendance, training of employees and taking part in meetings
- Assist with Manufacturing
- Experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of Timber Production Industry
- Able to manage KPI\'s
- Worked to budgets
- Understanding of optimisation processes and software
- Can manage and motivate teams
- Great communication skills
- Previous experience with stock control systems
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
