About the Client: Our client has more than 60 years\' experience in collaborative working with partners in the public and private sectors. They deliver mixed tenure developments, including affordable homes, homes for the private rental sector and homes for private sale.
About the role: The role will be assisting the Senior Construction Planner who covers several developments at various stages. As the Assistant Planner, you will be heavily involved with the planning and procurement, Co-ordination, and planning of residential development. You will be required to understand construction planning and programming and know the sequences within construction.
Experience with working on 4d planning and being able to manipulate 3d models would be a plus but not essential.
About the Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the production of Tender programmes,
- Analyse Tender Returns,
- Assist in the production of appearance layout drawings
- Assist in the production of Project Execution Plan (PEP)
- Assist in programme re-sequencing to alleviate delays
- Review trade contractor\'s programmes.
- Comfortable with numbers and working with data.
- Data analysis & Presentation.
- Comfortable with MS Excel.
- Ability to Learn new software\'s.
- Problem solving skills.
- Effective communication.
- Time management and working on tight deadlines.
