We are excited to offer a 12-month FTC opportunity as an Assistant Marketing Manager looking after our Sizzling Pub & Grill brand! This evolving brand is in an exciting time in its journey, so there couldn\'t be a better time to be involved and shape it\xe2\x80\x99s future over the next 12 months.

In this diverse Assistant Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager with delivery of the annual marketing plan through CRM, social and all digital channels, evolving the proposition and driving brand engagement, new guest acquisition and existing guest frequency.

Your role will be mobile, focusing on our sites across the UK, so the ability to be flexible with travel is essential. Please note this role is to cover a period of maternity, as such we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us in early May 2024.

The Opportunity \xe2\x80\x93 Assistant Marketing Manager

Driving brand sales, profit and market share objectives in line with company ambition
  • Contributing to, and supporting the delivery of, the brand digital marketing plans to drive reach, awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Implementing the Brand\xe2\x80\x99s Trading and Promotional Plan to drive incremental sales and profit using a mix of owned and paid channels \xe2\x80\x93 adopting a consistent test and learn strategy to optimise performance.
  • Driving the brand\xe2\x80\x99s digital agenda, from web developments to social and CRM strategy and implementation
  • Owning the Social Plan for the brand, creating and curating engaging, brand-relevant content
  • Owning the CRM Plan for the brand to drive sign ups, loyalty and frequency.
  • Working with suppliers to create successful digital activation plans that target the guest to drive awareness and maximise sales.
  • Overseeing brand campaign calendar and delivering frontline briefs/comms
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to bring to the Assistant Marketing Manager role:
  • 2 years + digital marketing experience
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and work at pace, whilst delivering excellent quality and commercial results
  • A passion for exciting and enthusing their audience and driving action through digital channels
  • Excellent attention to detail
