Assistant Manager
Job Description
As part of the management team, the successful applicant will be responsible to the General Manager for the day-to-day running of the operation, and be expected to train and supervise a young and enthusiastic team. The applicant should have held a similar position in the past, have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record within the industry.
Above all, we are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional levels of hospitality and service to all our customers. The package includes a competitive salary, a generous share of tips and company discounts.
Progression to General Manager in 6-12 months for the right Candidate in a small growing company.
Starting salary 28,000 per year plus tips reviewed after 6 months probation and on a regular basis
